Abstract

Fibromyalgia is a chronic pathology, characterized mainly by chronic musculoskeletal pain, with accompanying symptoms that deteriorate the quality of life.
Complementary treatment with rectal ozone therapy and minor Auto Hemotherapy was performed in a patient with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, with 9 years of evolution, the initial pain intensity according to the Visual Analogue Scale was 9/10. 30 sessions were applied, 3 sessions per week.
