Abstract

Reproductive disorders have now become a public health problem. Objective: to show two cases of the use of bio-regenerative therapies based on ozonized platelet-rich plasma (PRP-O3) as adjuvants in the management and treatment of the infertile couple, one of them with refractory endometrium, with two failures of intrauterine insemination (IUI) and two in vitro fertilization (IVF) and another with salpingitis and tubal occlusion, after two losses and sequelae of instrumental uterine curettage.
Results: in the two cases managed, pregnancies were obtained by improving endometrial thickness, immunomodulating the pelvic inflammatory process and improving energy metabolism and vascular resistance in the different patients in whom this therapy was used.
Conclusions: bio-regenerative therapies based on PRP-O3 are affordable, easy to apply and, being autologous, have a low risk of adverse reactions, whether immunological or infectious
