Abstract
Whiplash syndrome is a common pathology after rear-end traffic accidents. Many patients have neck and back pain that lasts over time despite conservative treatments. The present work exposes a technique that consists of ultrasound-guided interfascial ozone infiltration. The results are satisfactory with a statistically significant reduction in pain and quality of life in these patients.
