El objetivo de este estudio fue comparar la actividad antimicrobiana de las concentraciones de ozono acuoso 3different sobre Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus y faecalis.This estudio utiliz\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n estandarizada de 3 bacterias. Estas suspensiones se cultivaron y espectrofotom\u00e9tricamente ajustaron a una concentraci\u00f3n final de 4.46X108 UFC \/ mL.Then que se presentaron a los grupos: Grupo I &#8211; acuosa de ozono 2 mg \/ ml; Grupo II &#8211; acuosa de ozono 5 mg \/ ml; Grupo III &#8211; acuosa de ozono de 8 mg \/ ml, y de Control de Grupos &#8211; bidestilada agua est\u00e9ril fr\u00eda, sin la capa de ozono. Agua est\u00e9ril bidestilada fr\u00eda era ozonizada durante 5 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n se a\u00f1adieron 10 ml de cada suspensi\u00f3n de 90 ml de cada grupo en un matraz de vidrio. Despu\u00e9s de 1 minuto de contacto, se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 1 ml de cada matraz a 9 ml de 0,1% tiossulfate de sodio para neutralizar la capa de ozono, y luego se realiz\u00f3 una diluci\u00f3n en serie. Despu\u00e9s de 24 horas de incubaci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 el recuento de UFC. En paralelo, se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 1 ml de cada matraz de vidrio a 9 ml de caldo TSB y se incubaron durante 7 d\u00edas para los an\u00e1lisis visuales de caldo de turbidez. Los resultados mostraron Grupo present\u00e9 crecimiento Enterococcus faecalis. Grupo II y III presentan ning\u00fan conteo de UFC, pero el ozono acuoso a 5 mg \/ ml presentaron 2 tubos turbios de Enterococcus faecalis, lo que indica el crecimiento bacteria. Grupo III (ozono acuoso 8 mg \/ ml) no mostr\u00f3 recuento de CFU o caldo borrosa.
