An observational descriptive study was conducted to evaluate the use of ozonated saline solution under microbubbling on the rate of peri-implant gingival architectural reorganization that was observed at 48 h (early) after the local application of ozonated saline solution, administered by microbubble technology during implant surgery. Clinical findings included minimal edema, absence of exudate, homogeneous gingival coloration, and well-defined peri-implant contours at 48 hours postoperative. Although no biochemical or histological markers were measured, the observed tissue pattern is biologically plausible according to established mechanisms of oxidative hormesis and local redox regulation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Controlled oxidative stimulation may activate adaptive antioxidant pathways, contributing to modulation of the early inflammatory response and supporting favorable conditions for macrophage transition and fibroblastic activity during initial healing phases.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Given the descriptive nature of this report, causal inferences cannot be established. However, the findings suggest that local redox modulation may represent a promising adjunctive strategy to optimize early peri-implant soft tissue healing.
