Abstract<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Fibromyalgia is a chronic pathology, characterized mainly by chronic musculoskeletal pain, with accompanying symptoms that deteriorate the quality of life.<\/em>
Complementary treatment with rectal ozone therapy and minor Auto Hemotherapy was performed in a patient with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, with 9 years of evolution, the initial pain intensity according to the Visual Analogue Scale was 9\/10. 30 sessions were applied, 3 sessions per week. A decrease in pain intensity was evidenced in the fifteenth session obtained according to the 7\/10 Visual Analogue Pain Scale, and in the twentieth session of 3\/10. The quality of life improved by 80%.<\/em>
It was concluded that ozone therapy could help in those patients with fibromyalgia in whom pain relief has not been achieved with other therapies. There were no adverse effects during treatment. Larger clinical studies are needed in this direction.<\/em><\/p>\n
